I think of movement as medicine and we will work with what inspires you the most so you are able to thrive.

We will dive deep into your inner health, movement function, energetic balance and your connection to nature to awaken what is already within. Together we will explore the following:

Define how much time you need alone with yourself.

Define nutrition goals.

Determine how much sleep you are getting?
How much time outside are you spending?
What creative outlets do you have?
How do you “treat yourself” with acts of kindness towards others and yourself?

We are able to meet where you are most comfortable. Time in nature has immense healing powers. We can meet at your home, my home, a gym or video call. Together we can find the best place and time to accomplish your goals.
