As a certified RYT-200 yoga Instructor, I have been teaching yoga since 2011. I was formally trained in the Vinyasa style, however every session is different depending on your individual needs. My teaching style focuses on moving while maintaining proper alignment to lengthen and strengthen the body; guided by an intentional and full breath. This practice can be energetic and strengthening OR relaxed and restorative. It all depends on YOUR NEEDS.
